For your convenience here are guides on how to add the DBIS communications sites to your phone's home screen.



  • iPhone
  • Android


iPHONE (iOS) 


  1. Open the SAFARI App on your phone
  2. Go to the DBIS Hub (https://hub.dbis.edu.hk))
  3. Click on the icon encircled in red and you will see a pop up box



  4. Scroll through the options in the pop-up box and click on Add to Home Screen.
  5. You will be taken to a screen to name your website button.



  6. This will add a button to your home screen.
  7. Repeat for CHQ (https://seasia.mychq.net/dbis).
  8. Locate the iParent App (if necessary, download it from the Apple Store).




  9. Click and hold down on one of the DBIS buttons and drag it over the top of another on the home screen.


  10. This will create a folder containing the two buttons.  You can rename the folder if required.
  11. Drag the third DBIS button into the folder.


 

Android Phones 


  1. Open CHROME App on your phone
  2. Go to the DBIS Hub (https://hub.dbis.edu.hk))
  3. Click on the triple dot at the upper right corner of your chrome page.



  4. Select Add to Home Screen and create a link for the site on your phone
