Apple Phones
- Open the Settings app, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (with Mail at the top). Tap your browser (Safari or Chrome if that is what you are using).
- Scroll down again and tap 'Clear History and Website Data
- 'Tap 'Clear History and Data'
Android Phones
- Open the Settings Menu.
- Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the app that you want to clear the cache or data for.
- Tap on Storage.
- Click on the Clear Cache button.
iParent App
We recommend that parents use the App on a phone instead of the phone browser - it is desgined to be used on a small screen. The Parent Portal web URL is optimised to display on a larger screen such as a computer.
The App is free and it can be downloaded from the Apple Store. It is called iParent and it is made by iSAMS (who make the Parent Portal). The school code for logging in is DBIS.
Please make sure you are running the latest version of the App.
On very rare occasions, you might need to delete the App and reinstall it to correct issues.
