If you are having problems accessing one of our systems, it may be that your caches need clearing.
Please find a list of instructions on how to clear your caches in
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
GOOGLE CHROME
Just click on the 3 dotted icon on the upper right of your Google Chrome window, then head to MORE TOOLS -> CLEAR BROWSING DATA
Check those and click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA
FIREFOX
Almost same thing as GOOGLE CHROME, you’d want to go click the upper right button on Firefox, and click OPTIONS
SAFARI
On Safari, you’d want to go click on the word SAFARI on the upper left side of your mac, and go to PREFERENCES
A window will appear. Click on PRIVACY tab and click on the button REMOVE ALL WEBSITE DATA
Just click Remove Now on the extra confirmation window.
On all these browsers, after clearing cache and cookies, it is recommended to close these browsers and re-open for the changes to take effect.
