Your Parent Portal account may become locked if you try to enter the incorrect password too many times.
The account will remain locked out for approximately 5 minutes after which time it automatically unlocks.
If you were having issues remembering your password, you can change it by following the link on the bottom of the front page of the Parent Portal login page (see red box).
Please note passwords must be as follows:
- At least 12 characters long.
- Must contain 3 of the 4 character types:
- English uppercase characters (A-Z),
- English lowercase characters (a-z),
- Numeric characters (0-9),
- Non-alphanumeric character (!, $, %, #).
